Appointment Timing
* Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to enjoy the amenities & complete the guest medical form.
* Allow extra time if you plan on using the Water Therapies prior to your treatments.
* By arriving late, your treatment may still end as scheduled in consideration of our next guest.
* We are proud to offer an environment of tranquility to all our guests and ask that you kindly turn electronic devices off before entering the spa.

Attire
* You will be provided with a robe, spa sandals and an absolute personal holder to store your belongings.
* Enjoy our absolute amenities & toiletries provided.
* Remember your swimsuit so you may enjoy the Water Therapies before or after your treatments.
* Please leave your valuables at home as the spa does not assume responsibility for any missing items.

Health
* We welcome everyone who makes the Absolute Spa their choice for relaxation. Please inform us of relevant health conditions at the time of booking so our team may prepare an experience and offer expertise tailored to your needs.
* Upon checking-in, please complete the guest medical form carefully to help our team make the best possible therapeutic decisions and recommendations.
